Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Setúbal in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Figueiredo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rui Melo kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. João Figueiredo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of João Setúbal's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. João Figueiredo made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Augusto Correia sent off a good shot on target. 23 minutes into the game, João Setúbal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of João Figueiredo. João Setúbal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. David Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Figueiredo having to interfere. When Urra's João Setúbal in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Zimao's goalie prevented a goal. If João Setúbal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot by Filipe Pereira from long distance, 36 minutes into the match, got João Figueiredo's attention. Diogo Reis scored 1-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gil Faria, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diogo Reis made a kick off. In the 54th minute Diogo Reis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil Faria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, Augusto Correia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Urra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Zimao the free kick. After 59 played minutes Urra got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Correia. If Diogo Reis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Diogo Reis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 67 minutes into the match, SC Zimao's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Correia came free, but João Figueiredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When João Setúbal came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Urra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Setúbal couldn't finish the play. Augusto Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 76th minute Augusto Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Figueiredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diogo Reis charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diogo Reis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Correia in the 82nd minute of play forced SC Zimao's goalkeeper João Figueiredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Setúbal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Figueiredo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. João Figueiredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Correia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SC Zimao eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
