Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pedro Matos started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Abrantes booed when Olival was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Coelho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vítor Matias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diogo Valente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélder Carneiro having to interfere. Pedro Matos struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Hélder Carneiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olival. Diogo Valente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vítor Matias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oliveira Carneiro's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. After a rather tough play, Olival's Nuno Amaro got a free kick in the 25th minute. Diogo Valente's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vítor Matias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Olival's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Faria came free, but Vítor Matias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diogo Valente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Vítor Matias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vítor Matias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliveira Carneiro in the 34th minute of the match. When Gonçalo Matias came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Olival fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gonçalo Matias couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd match minute, Abrantes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Américo Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. Diogo Valente blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vítor Matias having to make a save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diogo Valente stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. André Coelho hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute, Marco Amaral sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Olival's Vítor Matias didn't even have to move. When André Coelho was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 57 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Olival's André Coelho got a free kick in the 58th minute. Gonçalo Matias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vítor Matias made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Oliveira Carneiro sent off a good shot on target. Oliveira Carneiro in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vítor Matias, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olival's goalkeeper Vítor Matias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hélder Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonçalo Matias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute, Oliveira Carneiro made a precise shot to the right of Vítor Matias. Olival's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Oliveira Carneiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Abrantes left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Olival.
