SC Sequeira's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Barreira the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Matos in the 12th minute of play forced SC Sequeira's goalkeeper Manuel Dantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Óscar Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonçalo Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of SC Sequeira booed when SC Barreira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Abreu didn't get a good kick on the ball.
