Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Armando Miranda kicked off to start the match. Armando Miranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Carlos Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Abel Resende dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Adelino Leiria, 1-0. Armando Miranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adelino Leiria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Resende in the 19th minute of the match. If Abel Resende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armando Miranda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th minute, Barrancosas's Abel Resende dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Mariano Nunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armando Miranda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Cruz having to interfere. Adelino Leiria was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Abel Resende capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Abel Resende really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abel Resende made a kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Pinhete's goalkeeper Adelino Leiria, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. José Moura could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Carlos Cruz made a huge save. After 59 played minutes Pinhete got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Sá. Pinhete's Adelino Leiria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Nunes in the 60th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 66th minute by Armando Miranda got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Carlos Cruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Abel Resende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adelino Leiria having to interfere. Armando Miranda succeeded in the game's 72nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1. An unexpected shot in the 75th minute by José Moura got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when José Moura got free with Carlos Cruz in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pinhete's Armando Miranda got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abel Resende recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alexandre Santarém hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. If Mariano Nunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, José Moura left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pinhete fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Barrancosas were victorious despite being under pressure from Pinhete for much of the match.
