Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rafael Guarda kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, SC Malecas's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Guarda came free, but Sérgio Gonçalves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Rafael Guarda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 8 minutes into the match, Sandomil FC's Pedro Nascimento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sérgio Gonçalves narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pedro Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the match, Sandomil FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Cunha came free, but Cristóvão Melo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Rafael Guarda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Guarda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Pinho struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Cristóvão Melo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Malecas. In the 24th minute, Jorge Cunha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristóvão Melo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 36 played minutes Sandomil FC got a freekick which was hit by David Moura. A collision led to Sandomil FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Jorge Ferro hit a great ball. 43 minutes into the match, Jorge Cunha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristóvão Melo. Sandomil FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jorge Cunha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jorge Cunha was the one to do the kick off. Pedro Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Sérgio Gonçalves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Rafael Guarda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sandomil FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafael Guarda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sérgio Gonçalves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedro Nascimento took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sérgio Gonçalves. Sérgio Gonçalves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Pedro Nascimento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68th minute, Joel Magalhães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Eduardo Veiga fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Malecas's protests and gave Eduardo Veiga a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, SC Malecas's Eduardo Veiga got a free kick in the 70th minute. Rafael Guarda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Sérgio Gonçalves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sandomil FC's Cristóvão Melo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Sandomil FC from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Jorge Cunha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristóvão Melo was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. In the 92nd minute of the match Rui Campos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sérgio Gonçalves showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Pedro Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio Gonçalves having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Sandomil FC's goalkeeper Cristóvão Melo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Pinho. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Cunha in the 97th minute of play forced Sandomil FC's goalkeeper Cristóvão Melo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Sandomil FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SC Malecas's performance. The match ended with a win for SC Malecas.
