Sobradinho FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dume FC the free kick. Pedro Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Ferreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that André Ferreira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Vale was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Filipe Correia took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Vale. Pedro Vale dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Filipe Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Viriato Moreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Alexandre Borba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Dume FC's zone, Viriato Moreira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandre Borba came out of the goal and Viriato Moreira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pedro Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Filipe Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute, Filipe Correia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 44th minute, António Pedroso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, André Ferreira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 48 minutes into the match, Viriato Moreira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexandre Borba. Dume FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Viriato Moreira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Filipe Correia made a kick off. Bernardo Setúbal kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Sandro Faro kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. When Viriato Moreira came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Sobradinho FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viriato Moreira couldn't finish the play. Alexandre Borba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Machado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francisco Machado took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexandre Borba. Alexandre Borba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Alexandre Borba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Viriato Moreira's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. 3-1 became the score in the 83rd minute when Viriato Moreira elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filipe Correia in the 89th minute of play forced Sobradinho FC's goalkeeper Pedro Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Francisco Machado notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Dume FC's Alexandre Borba. Alexandre Borba was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Dume FC booed when Sobradinho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 99 played minutes Sobradinho FC got a freekick which was hit by António Pedroso. Dume FC's Jorge Ramos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 100th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sobradinho FC.
