Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alexandre Borges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuno Simões, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of SC Cancela booed when Alagoa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sérgio Mota didn't get a good kick on the ball. SC Cancela's Abel Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui Leite in the 71st minute of play. In the 76th minute, Nuno Simões got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Duarte Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Alexandre Borges tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexandre Borges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuno Simões, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Nuno Simões had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alexandre Borges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Barros in the 89th minute of the match. If Duarte Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The SC Cancela players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Alagoa from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
