Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jorge Pinheiro kicked off to start the match. Miguel Porto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Pinheiro in the 3rd minute of play. 4 minutes into the game, SC Codixeira's Jorge Pinheiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Miguel Porto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Cristiano Amaral might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over André Leite. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristiano Amaral ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of SC Codixeira booed when SC Alcorriol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquim Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience held their breath when Joaquim Tavares in the 19th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Miguel Porto's left hand side. André Leite didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomás Nunes went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Duarte Faria during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A hard shot 28 in the game by Vicente Mendes from a close distance when the talented Miguel Porto managed to make a qualified save. SC Alcorriol's players were relieved. Miguel Porto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vicente Mendes in the 30th minute. If Vicente Mendes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Tomás Nunes made the kick off in the second half. Miguel Porto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Mendes in the 55th minute of play. When Cristiano Amaral came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the SC Alcorriol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristiano Amaral couldn't finish the play. When Tomás Nunes, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 63 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The André Leite was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Cristiano Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. André Leite tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When SC Codixeira's Jorge Pinheiro in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Alcorriol's goalie prevented a goal. If Cristiano Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Alcorriol's Tomás Nunes managed to work through SC Codixeira's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Tomás Nunes dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. André Leite made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristiano Amaral in the 80th minute. André Leite made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Cristiano Amaral sent off a good shot on target. In the 85thth minute of the game Vicente Mendes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Alcorriol's Miguel Porto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
