After some careless play in the Alhoes defense, Cristiano Leão kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of André Gueifão. The Alhoes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that André Gueifão should have stopped the shot. Cristiano Leão kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Alhoes's Daniel Leiria got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eusébio Guarda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Leiria's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. SC Descoberto's Afonso Melo got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Leiria in the 73rd minute of play forced SC Descoberto's goalkeeper Eusébio Guarda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
