Daniel Cunha started the match with the kick off. With an all-out effort, Ourozinho's Jorge Ferro threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Artur Miranda, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Daniel Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 14 in the game by José Sousa from a close distance when the talented Jorge Ferro managed to make a qualified save. Ludares FC's players were relieved. After 19 minutes of play, Ourozinho's José Sousa made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jorge Ferro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ludares FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Daniel Cunha scored to the left of an out of position Jorge Ferro, making the score, 2-0. Jorge Ferro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Bruno Faro fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ourozinho's protests and gave Bruno Faro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 42nd minute, Bruno Faro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Sousa hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Daniel Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Jorge Ferro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Bruno Faro was shown his second yellow card after 66 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. When Armando Carvalho fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Ourozinho's attack was well implemented in the 71st minute, but when José Sousa was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. The supporters of Ourozinho booed when Ludares FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Carvalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute José Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Ferro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ourozinho's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Joaquim Cunha 75 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. Joaquim Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Artur Miranda's late challenge caught a Ludares FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Artur Miranda helped the player get up and apologised. Artur Miranda kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After 87 played minutes Ludares FC got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Magalhães. Jorge Ferro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Amaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. A collision led to Ludares FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Joaquim Cunha hit a great ball. André Monteiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jorge Ferro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. André Monteiro ran back to his position shaking his head. Ourozinho's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
