Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when André Bessa got the match started through his kick off. After 3 played minutes SC Cachouca got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Coimbra. The supporters of SC Cachouca booed when Fatela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Heitor Santarém didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fatela FC's goalkeeper António Valente, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rui Paredes made a great header on SC Cachouca's corner, it was just that Fatela FC's António Valente managed to reach the ball for a save. If André Bessa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute, Nuno Magalhães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, SC Cachouca's Rui Paredes tried to score from far away in the 16th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 20th minute Rogério Antunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Pires saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André Bessa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. António Valente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Fatela FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Paulo Moreira hit a great ball. After having played for 26 minutes, André Bessa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Cachouca's supporters crossed their fingers, but André Bessa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 28 minutes into the game, SC Cachouca's André Bessa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. António Valente made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Catarino Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Bessa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. António Valente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If André Bessa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a rather tough play, SC Cachouca's Rui Paredes got a free kick in the 51st minute. Miguel Pires made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusébio Porto in the 52nd minute of play. Eusébio Porto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Pires having to interfere. André Bessa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. António Valente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Fatela FC's goalkeeper António Valente had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Catarino Antunes. André Bessa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If André Bessa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute, Eusébio Porto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Catarino Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Valente having to interfere. When the match was over SC Cachouca could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fatela FC throughout the match.
