In the 6th minute, Filipe Faria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 minutes into the match, Toural FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Garcia came free, but Cristiano Faro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Afonso Porto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Lopes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Toural FC's Cristiano Faro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Toural FC from getting a goal against them. After 18 minutes, Manuel Matos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Toural FC and the SC Charruada players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd match minute, Toural FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Rocha to maneuver through the defense. Afonso Porto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Cruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. José Cruz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the match, SC Charruada's goal looked a bit too open when José Cruz came free, but Afonso Porto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaime Garcia's late challenge caught a Toural FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaime Garcia helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, SC Charruada's Jaime Garcia got a free kick in the 41st minute.

After a rather tough play, Toural FC's Manuel Matos got a free kick in the 54th minute. A collision led to Toural FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Filipe Faria hit a great ball. Cristiano Faro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raul Moutinho's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. 63 minutes into the match, SC Charruada's Emílio Esteves broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Tomás Garcia scored 1-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristiano Faro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when André Teixeira got free with Afonso Porto in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Toural FC booed when SC Charruada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Gaspar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute of the match, André Lopes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Afonso Porto saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the last second Afonso Porto throw himself and got hold of the ball when André Lopes in the 81stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. José Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. André Lopes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Afonso Porto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Tomás Garcia charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomás Garcia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to SC Charruada getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Tomás Garcia hit a great ball. José Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Porto having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Toural FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SC Charruada.
