Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Cirquidolo FC's Fernando Pinto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Cirquidolo FC booed when SC Charruada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Gaspar didn't get a good kick on the ball. SC Charruada's Afonso Porto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save SC Charruada from getting a goal against them. João Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. If Raul Moutinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Afonso Porto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernando Pinto's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. If Gustavo Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute Fernando Pinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonso Porto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Francisco Lisboa fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Charruada's protests and gave Francisco Lisboa a yellow card for diving instead. After 32 played minutes SC Charruada got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Lisboa. Afonso Porto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustavo Dantas in the 34th minute. Gustavo Dantass short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Afonso Porto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Cirquidolo FC's Alfredo Assis got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 39th minute of the match Emílio Esteves shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but João Nascimento showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tomás Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Nascimento having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, Cirquidolo FC's Gustavo Dantas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Afonso Porto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Tomás Garcia made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Adolfo Matias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emílio Esteves shot from long distance in the 54th minute, but João Nascimento was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Raul Moutinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Afonso Porto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Dantas in the 64th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Fernando Pinto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Afonso Porto was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Miguel Gaspar during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, SC Charruada's Miguel Gaspar got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Afonso Porto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Pinto in the 73rd minute of play. Tomás Garcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raul Moutinho struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. João Nascimento didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Charruada. 83 minutes into the match, Cirquidolo FC's Fernando Pinto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Afonso Porto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Cirquidolo FC's zone, Tomás Garcia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Nascimento came out of the goal and Tomás Garcia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 92 played minutes Cirquidolo FC got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Lisboa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Garcia in the 96th minute of play forced Cirquidolo FC's goalkeeper João Nascimento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cirquidolo FC had won after a very even match.
