Bernardo Andrade was extremely unlucky when he, in the 29th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Álvaro Pinto came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Telheira FC's Armindo Reis. But to his dismay, Armindo Reis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Armindo Reis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Telheira FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when João Setúbal scored to the left of an out of position João Amorim, making the score, 1-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bernardo Andrade was the one to do the kick off. Álvaro Pinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armindo Reis in the 53rd minute of play. In the 56thth minute of the game Bernardo Andrade who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Telheira FC's João Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 64 minutes, Álvaro Pinto successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 72 minutes, João Pinto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mouzinhos FC and the Telheira FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Telheira FC booed when Mouzinhos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Pinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was beautiful to see Telheira FC's João Porto in action when he in the 74th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 80th minute Armindo Reis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Álvaro Pinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th match minute, Mouzinhos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armindo Teixeira to maneuver through the defense. Armindo Reis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. João Setúbal struck a weak shot in the 88th minute.
