Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomás Torres took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Farrapa's zone, Joel Trindade stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diogo Viegas came out of the goal and Joel Trindade tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 4 played minutes Farrapa got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Pacheco. Diogo Viegas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hélder Gueifão in the 15th minute of the match. Sebastião Oliveira hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Tomás Cruz shot from long distance in the 17th minute, but Diogo Viegas was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Afonso Assis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Torres in the 19th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diogo Carvalho in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Afonso Assis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Afonso Assis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Torres in the 26th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Sebastião Oliveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joel Trindade's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Diogo Viegas firmly grabbed it by the left post. Tomás Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Afonso Assis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hélder Gueifão stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Joel Trindade's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Diogo Viegas was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Joel Trindade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Diogo Viegas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Joel Trindade had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Diogo Viegas. Farrapa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Trindade was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 70 minutes in the game, Tomás Torres fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Afonso Assis having to interfere. If Tomás Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 minutes, Joel Trindade made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Farrapa's Diogo Viegas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebastião Oliveira during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st match minute, Farrapa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastião Oliveira to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Hélder Gueifão managed to get in a good position for a shot. Souroes FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hélder Gueifão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diogo Viegas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Souroes FC's Joel Trindade in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Farrapa's goalie prevented a goal. Diogo Viegas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hélder Gueifão, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Farrapa's goal looked a bit too open when Hélder Gueifão came free, but Diogo Viegas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diogo Carvalho struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Afonso Assis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Farrapa. For all the effort they put into the match, the Farrapa players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Souroes FC.
