Carvalho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Falca the free kick. If Paulo Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. SC Falca's Paulo Andrade got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SC Falca's Vítor Fonseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Leiria in the 77th minute of play. In the 78thth minute of the game Gabriel Leiria who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Falca's Vítor Fonseca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jacinto Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Vítor Fonseca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Andrade in the 95th minute of play. Paulo Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Machado having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
