Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) SC Sitio's Gil Faria started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Fradigas defense, Gil Faria kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristóvão Henriques. The Fradigas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristóvão Henriques should have stopped the shot. 14 minutes into the match, SC Sitio's goal looked a bit too open when Adelino Barbosa came free, but Tomás Luz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to SC Sitio getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Domingos Luz hit a great ball. In the 18th minute, Humberto Matias sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and SC Sitio's Tomás Luz didn't even have to move. When Gil Faria came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the SC Sitio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gil Faria couldn't finish the play. Cristóvão Henriques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from António Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Armando Vale charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Armando Vale the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SC Sitio booed when Fradigas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Vale didn't get a good kick on the ball. António Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristóvão Henriques having to interfere. André Brito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adelino Barbosa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Fradigas's Cristóvão Henriques got control of the ball when António Amaral tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 57th minute, Gil Faria fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After having played for 59 minutes, António Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Sitio's supporters crossed their fingers, but António Amaral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If António Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domingos Luz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristóvão Henriques having to interfere. If Gil Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emílio Porto kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. When António Amaral fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Sitio's protests and gave António Amaral a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Fradigas booed when SC Sitio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. António Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee gave Pedro Viegas a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 93rd minute, Pedro Viegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the game, Fradigas's Alberto Vaz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tomás Luz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
