Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Inácio Fonseca started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Armindo Viegas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joel Porto was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. If Fábio Setúbal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Azevedos's Albertino Mota got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Filipe Faro charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filipe Faro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 18th match minute, Azevedos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filipe Faro to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfredo Campos in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eusébio Brás prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 22 minutes into the match, SC Sinfais's goalkeeper Joel Porto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albertino Mota. In the 25th match minute, SC Sinfais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonçalo Brito to maneuver through the defense. After 28 played minutes SC Sinfais got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Ferro. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Sinfais's goalkeeper Joel Porto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Azevedos's Eusébio Brás played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Campos in the 33rd minute of play. If Alfredo Campos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inácio Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Brás having to interfere. When Inácio Fonseca came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the SC Sinfais fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inácio Fonseca couldn't finish the play. When Mariano Gueifão fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Azevedos's protests and gave Mariano Gueifão a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd match minute, Azevedos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariano Gueifão to maneuver through the defense. Eusébio Brás took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Campos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Armindo Viegas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Alfredo Campos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eusébio Brás was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 59th minute Albertino Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Porto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Azevedos's Eusébio Brás got control of the ball when Alfredo Campos tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Azevedos defense, Alfredo Campos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eusébio Brás. The Azevedos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eusébio Brás should have stopped the shot. If Alfredo Campos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfredo Campos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Brás having to interfere. Azevedos's Eusébio Brás played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inácio Fonseca in the 74th minute of play. Azevedos's Eusébio Brás proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Azevedos from getting a goal against them. Inácio Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Brás having to interfere. During the 81st minute of the match Filipe Faro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Filipe Faro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Filipe Faro hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the match, Alfredo Campos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eusébio Brás, 0-3. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Inácio Fonseca took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Eusébio Brás to make any attempt to save it. Inácio Fonseca was extremely unlucky when he, in the 96th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. SC Sinfais's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
