Joaquim Vale's late challenge caught a Feirao's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joaquim Vale helped the player get up and apologised. Joaquim Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Hélder Lisboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Vaz's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Hélder Lisboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gil Borba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Júlio Nascimento hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. André Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Jesus in the 39th minute of play. Cunha's André Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Jesus in the 44th minute of play. The Feirao players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cunha were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Jesus made a kick off. André Domingues stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Aguiar's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. 53 minutes into the match, Feirao's goalkeeper Hélder Lisboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gil Borba. Lucas Vaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Feirao's goalkeeper Hélder Lisboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gil Borba. The supporters of Cunha booed when Feirao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Jesus didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72ndth minute of the game Lucas Vaz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Feirao's Hélder Lisboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gil Borba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélder Lisboa having to interfere. 74 minutes into the game, Júlio Nascimento was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 87th minute Júlio Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Domingues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute, André Rocha sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Cunha's André Domingues didn't even have to move.
