If Paulo Cardoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bento Assunção struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Daniel Pedroso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trezoi FC. Bento Assunção recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulo Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Pedroso having to interfere. Trezoi FC's Pedro Azevedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Trezoi FC from getting a goal against them. André Queirós could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Pedro Azevedo made a huge save. Artur Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Azevedo having to interfere. André Queirós struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Pedro Azevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Daniel Pedroso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Artur Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. André Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Trezoi FC's Delfim Oliveira got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Artur Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half Trezoi FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Artur Rocha to make the kick off. Bento Assunção sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Azevedo came out of the goal and Artur Rocha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If André Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artur Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Azevedo having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Aguincho FC's zone, Paulo Cardoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Pedroso came out of the goal and Paulo Cardoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Pedroso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Cardoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the match, Trezoi FC's goal looked a bit too open when André Queirós came free, but Pedro Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Aguincho FC's goalkeeper Daniel Pedroso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bento Assunção.
