Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Rui Aleixo made the kick off which started today's match. After 4th play minutes Rui Aleixo shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Américo Faro and just under the crossbar into goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Borges got free with Hugo Moreira in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sebastião Valente struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Américo Faro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Lamacais. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Rui Aleixo managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Lamacais's supporters rose to their feet, but Rui Aleixo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Américo Faro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sebastião Valente recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Remostia FC's Américo Faro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui Aleixo in the 20th minute of play. Carlos Borges scored 1-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hugo Moreira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 27 played minutes Remostia FC got a freekick which was hit by Cláudio Moutinho. If Rui Aleixo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Gueifão kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in SC Lamacais's zone, Fábio Neves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Moreira came out of the goal and Fábio Neves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hugo Moreira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Borges in the 40th minute. If Fábio Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Lamacais's Hugo Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fábio Neves in the 46th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adolfo Carvalho during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. SC Lamacais's Hugo Moreira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save SC Lamacais from getting a goal against them. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fábio Neves to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Borges in the 52nd minute of play forced SC Lamacais's goalkeeper Hugo Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fábio Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Hugo Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sérgio Faro scored 2-2 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hugo Moreira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 67th minute, Miguel Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute Fábio Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Sebastião Valente came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the SC Lamacais fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastião Valente couldn't finish the play. The supporters of SC Lamacais booed when Remostia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Remostia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rui Aleixo came free, but Américo Faro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Afonso Pinho's late challenge caught a SC Lamacais's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Afonso Pinho helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Remostia FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! In the 92nd minute there was a penalty for SC Lamacais. Lúcio Barbosa stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Américo Faro. 2-6. In the 98th minute, SC Lamacais's Rui Aleixo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-7. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SC Lamacais eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
