Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when José Porto got the match started through his kick off. Jorge Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Figueirinha FC's goalkeeper Rui Teixeira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, Figueirinha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Amorim came free, but Rui Teixeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaspar Cunha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jorge Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Figueirinha FC's zone, Luís Amorim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rui Teixeira came out of the goal and Luís Amorim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rui Teixeira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Porto's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. José Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Rui Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nuno Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Gaspar Cunha struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Manuel Lisboa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Figueirinha FC. Gaspar Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Lisboa having to interfere. Manuel Lisboa made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Gaspar Cunha sent off a good shot on target. 46 minutes into the game, Alexandre Porto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Figueirinha FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Saltadouro the free kick. Alexandre Porto hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 61st match minute, Figueirinha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Branco to maneuver through the defense. Rui Teixeira was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from António Rocha. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Lima in the 69th minute of play forced SC Saltadouro's goalkeeper Manuel Lisboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jorge Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Manuel Lisboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Cunha in the 75th minute of the match. Luís Amorim's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Rui Teixeira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Figueirinha FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Adelino Viana hit a great ball. Rui Teixeira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Amorim in the 81st minute. If Gaspar Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. SC Saltadouro's Manuel Lisboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Lima in the 90th minute of play. Manuel Lisboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the match, Figueirinha FC's goal looked a bit too open when José Porto came free, but Rui Teixeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Jorge Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot. Figueirinha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Lima was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manuel Lisboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
