Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Fábio Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Monteiro having to interfere. If Fábio Cardoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Monteiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavier Oliveira in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Milreu FC's José Brito dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. José Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Amaral having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Amílcar Amaral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. José Brito struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Manuel Amaral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Milreu FC. Manuel Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Milreu FC's José Brito got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Brito in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manuel Amaral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Xavier Oliveira came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Dourada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xavier Oliveira couldn't finish the play. If Amílcar Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Fábio Cardoso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. José Brito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Amílcar Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If José Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Dourada getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Lourenço Baptista hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fábio Cardoso made a kick off. Manuel Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Brito in the 52nd minute of play. After 53 played minutes Dourada got a freekick which was hit by Lourenço Baptista. Manuel Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amílcar Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute Amílcar Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Dourada's zone, José Brito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Amaral came out of the goal and José Brito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xavier Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Carlos Monteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fábio Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Xavier Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Dourada's Carlos Monteiro threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fábio Cardoso, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Manuel Amaral showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Milreu FC's goalkeeper Carlos Monteiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xavier Oliveira. Carlos Monteiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fábio Cardoso in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Brito in the 88th minute of play forced Dourada's goalkeeper Manuel Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manuel Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amílcar Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Manuel Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amílcar Amaral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dourada's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
