Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Artur Borba got the match started through his kick off. In the 8th minute Tozeiro FC were awarded a corner. Ricardo Brito went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 11th match minute, Silveira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duarte Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. Artur Borba hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Duarte Barbosa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cândido Neto having to make a save. 19 minutes into the match, Duarte Barbosa notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Tozeiro FC's Cândido Neto. Cândido Neto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cândido Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duarte Barbosa in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 26thth minute of the game Artur Borba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Silveira's Francisco Jesus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Artur Borba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cândido Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Costa in the 38th minute of play. Duarte Barbosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cândido Neto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eduardo Costa went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After the first half Silveira were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Duarte Barbosa was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Afonso Pacheco during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Tozeiro FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Afonso Pacheco hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Artur Borba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tozeiro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Artur Borba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Jesus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Francisco Jesus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artur Borba, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Domingos Pacheco's late challenge caught a Tozeiro FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domingos Pacheco helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Silveira getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Domingos Pacheco hit a great ball. In the 65th minute, Ricardo Brito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ricardo Figueiredo tried in the game's 66th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Cândido Neto. An annoying self made goal, 0-3. When Artur Borba came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Tozeiro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artur Borba couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Artur Borba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tozeiro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Artur Borba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Jesus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eduardo Costa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cândido Neto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Afonso Pacheco was shown his second yellow card after 79 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Eduardo Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cândido Neto having to interfere. Francisco Jesus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulo Borges went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After 88 played minutes Tozeiro FC got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Freitas. 92 minutes into the game, Tozeiro FC's Paulo Borges nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Francisco Jesus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Paulo Borges managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tozeiro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Borges was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Jesus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
