Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rodrigo Machado kicked off to start the match. Paulo Figueiredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Almeida having to interfere. If Rodrigo Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Topo's goalkeeper Afonso Assis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 14 minutes, Emílio Leão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Topo and the Adaufe players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Adaufe booed when SC Topo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emílio Leão didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Paredes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Assis having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, SC Topo's goalkeeper Afonso Assis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Paredes. David Paredes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Afonso Assis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Manuel Gueifão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonso Assis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afonso Assis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Gueifão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, SC Topo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after David Paredes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Rodrigo Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Almeida having to interfere. David Paredes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Afonso Assis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

André Almeida stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodrigo Machado's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Rodrigo Machado had several of the Adaufe's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 53 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-1 score and a disappointed André Almeida as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 58 played minutes Adaufe got a freekick which was hit by David Paredes. The supporters of Adaufe booed when SC Topo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Baptista didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Paredes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adaufe's David Paredes got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Adaufe getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Jaime Araújo hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the match, Adaufe's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Baptista came free, but André Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Rodrigo Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Gueifão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Assis having to interfere. The SC Topo players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Adaufe from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
