Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Américo Melo got the match started through his kick off. Gaspar Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 4 minutes into the match, Alexandre Correia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaspar Silva. SC Supegal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexandre Correia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Manuel Pacheco fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Supegal's protests and gave Manuel Pacheco a yellow card for diving instead. After 7 played minutes SC Supegal got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Pacheco. Sebastião Branco's late challenge caught a Ameixede FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastião Branco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, one of SC Supegal:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SC Supegal. The referee gave Ameixede FC a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tiago Reis, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of SC Supegal's Gaspar Silva. 0-2. After 17 minutes, Alexandre Correia made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. SC Supegal's Gaspar Silva tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Ameixede FC booed when SC Supegal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Pacheco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd match minute, SC Supegal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Pacheco to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Brito in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gaspar Silva saved SC Supegal from getting behind. Gaspar Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Brito in the 35th minute of the match. Marco Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Silva having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Domingos Leite got free with Pedro Freitas in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 45th match minute, Ameixede FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Amaro to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marco Brito to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Marco Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ameixede FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Brito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaspar Silva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfredo Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 65th minute, João Pinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Domingos Leite fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Freitas having to interfere. After 71 played minutes Ameixede FC got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Reis. If Marco Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Brito struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Gaspar Silva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ameixede FC. Domingos Leite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Américo Melo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Freitas was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. When the match was over Ameixede FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SC Supegal throughout the match.
