Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ajude FC's Albertino Maia started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. David Alves kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ajude FC's zone, Inácio Garcia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Coelho came out of the goal and Inácio Garcia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ajude FC's goalkeeper Bruno Coelho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ajude FC's Bruno Coelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inácio Garcia in the 14th minute of play. In the 15thth minute of the game Rui Delgado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ajude FC's Bruno Coelho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bruno Coelho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rui Delgado went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 22 minutes into the match, Rui Delgado notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Ajude FC's Bruno Coelho. Bruno Coelho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 26th minute, Rui Delgado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carnicais fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After 31 minutes of play, Carnicais's Rui Delgado made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Coelho was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Inácio Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute António Ribeiro suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. David Machado kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Ajude FC's Bruno Coelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui Delgado in the 43rd minute of play. Rui Delgado scored 0-5 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Coelho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Ajude FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Carnicais were winning 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rui Delgado to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Carnicais's zone, Joel Almeida stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amílcar Nascimento came out of the goal and Joel Almeida tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ricardo Lopes charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ricardo Lopes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. David Machado kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 67th minute of the match, Rui Delgado got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bruno Coelho was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Carnicais's Amílcar Nascimento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albertino Maia in the 76th minute of play. A collision led to Carnicais getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Rui Delgado hit a great ball. Amílcar Nascimento came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ajude FC's Joel Almeida. But to his dismay, Joel Almeida quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Rui Delgado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Coelho having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Carnicais's Ricardo Lopes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruno Coelho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rui Delgado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Bruno Coelho made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Inácio Garcia during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 92 played minutes Carnicais got a freekick which was hit by Inácio Garcia. After having played for 96 minutes, Rui Delgado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carnicais's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rui Delgado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over Carnicais could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ajude FC throughout the match.
