Lucas Cabral was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 4th minute. SC Balouta's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Rafael Carvalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Heitor Bessa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 11 minutes, Luís Borges mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Balouta and the Moimenta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luís Borges kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 12th minute of the match António Mendes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Heitor Bessa skillfully saved the ball. After 15 minutes, Gustavo Costa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Balouta and the Moimenta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gustavo Costa hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Lucas Cabral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Afonso Carvalho struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Heitor Bessa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moimenta FC. SC Balouta's Heitor Bessa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Carvalho in the 23rd minute of play. Heitor Bessa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Afonso Carvalho went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. A collision led to SC Balouta getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Ricardo Nascimento hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, António Mendes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moimenta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but António Mendes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Heitor Bessa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The SC Balouta players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Moimenta FC were winning 1-3.

The wind increased when Rafael Carvalho made the kick off in the second half. If Rafael Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When SC Balouta's Lucas Cabral in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Moimenta FC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustavo Costa in the 60th managed to get into a good position. SC Balouta's Gustavo Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SC Balouta's Heitor Bessa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Carvalho in the 71st minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Moimenta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Cabral came free, but Amílcar Correia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Carvalho in the 84th minute of play forced SC Balouta's goalkeeper Heitor Bessa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to SC Balouta getting a freekick after 86 minutes play.
