Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Rafael Carvalho made the kick off which started today's match. 7 minutes into the match, Moimenta FC's Afonso Carvalho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Basílio Valente narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Álvaro Machado kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute of the match António Mendes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Basílio Valente showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Afonso Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Sagolga's goalkeeper Basílio Valente, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Amílcar Delgado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amílcar Correia having to interfere. A collision led to Moimenta FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Eusébio Moniz hit a great ball. If Vítor Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vítor Pereira struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Amílcar Correia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Sagolga. After some careless play in the Moimenta FC defense, Amílcar Delgado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amílcar Correia. The Moimenta FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amílcar Correia should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vítor Pereira made a kick off. Vítor Pereira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute Rafael Carvalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basílio Valente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amílcar Delgado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Amílcar Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amílcar Correia came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Sagolga's Amílcar Delgado. But to his dismay, Amílcar Delgado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 69 minutes into the match, Moimenta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Álvaro Machado came free, but Amílcar Correia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vítor Pereira might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amílcar Correia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vítor Pereira ran back to his position shaking his head. Amílcar Correia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amílcar Delgado's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute, Vítor Pereira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafael Carvalho in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Basílio Valente prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 82nd minute, Afonso Carvalho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of SC Sagolga booed when Moimenta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusébio Moniz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 88 played minutes Moimenta FC got a freekick which was hit by Eusébio Moniz. Eusébio Moniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moimenta FC's Afonso Carvalho got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Moimenta FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
