Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Adelino Gaspar took the kick off in the first half of the match. Eusébio Rocha was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Manuel Lima. Pedro Dias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lourenço Assunção took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristiano Oliveira. Cristiano Oliveira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The supporters of Travanca FC booed when Benagil FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afonso Simões didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 25 played minutes Benagil FC got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Simões. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Dias in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristiano Oliveira saved Travanca FC from getting behind. In the 31st minute, Pedro Dias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adelino Gaspar struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Eusébio Rocha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Travanca FC. If Oliveira Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedro Dias to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Adelino Gaspar notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Benagil FC's Eusébio Rocha. Eusébio Rocha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 59th minute, Oliveira Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eusébio Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adelino Gaspar in the 63rd minute of the match. Daniel Aguiar charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Aguiar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Benagil FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Daniel Aguiar hit a great ball. Afonso Rodrigues took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eusébio Rocha. Eusébio Rocha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Lourenço Assunção sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After recieving a nice pass, Benagil FC's Daniel Aguiar tried to score from far away in the 77th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Pedro Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Cristiano Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Travanca FC's Oliveira Sousa got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 90 minutes, Afonso Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Benagil FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Afonso Garcia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benagil FC's Eusébio Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliveira Sousa in the 95th minute of play.
