Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Miguel Antunes started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. António Macedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Esteves in the 4th minute of the match. Taipas FC's Sandro Martins got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Carlos Esteves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of António Macedo. SC Bolideira's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Esteves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Carlos Esteves scored 0-2 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of António Macedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. António Macedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Esteves, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Jorge Veiga's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed António Macedo - 0-3 was put on the score board in the 19th minute. Carlos Esteves scored 0-4 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of António Macedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 25th minute, Carlos Esteves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Miguel Antunes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Emanuel Domingues when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 39 minutes into the game, one of SC Bolideira:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Alexandre Veiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carlos Esteves to make the kick off. Emanuel Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Antunes in the 62nd minute of play. In the 67th minute of the match Ricardo Neto shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emanuel Domingues showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 70th minute, Alexandre Monteiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Domingues was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. Alexandre Veiga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but António Macedo made a huge save. If Carlos Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexandre Monteiro struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Emanuel Domingues didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Bolideira. In the 85th minute, Sandro Martins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. António Macedo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Carlos Esteves showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-7 in the 88 minute of play. Carlos Esteves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. António Macedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Alexandre Veiga came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Taipas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexandre Veiga couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Taipas FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
