Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joaquim Magalhães started the match with the kick off. When Adolfo Nascimento came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Queimadela FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Nascimento couldn't finish the play. Joaquim Magalhães recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Domingos Lopes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Santarém having to interfere. After some careless play in the Queimadela FC defense, Domingos Lopes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristiano Santarém. The Queimadela FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristiano Santarém should have stopped the shot. Óscar Anjos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the game, António Aleixo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Óscar Anjos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 25 minutes, Luís Figueiredo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Queimadela FC and the Reigadinha players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Reigadinha's zone, António Aleixo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Óscar Anjos came out of the goal and António Aleixo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 31st minute Adolfo Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Óscar Anjos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adolfo Nascimento's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Óscar Anjos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Joaquim Magalhães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Cristiano Santarém tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. António Aleixo was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Reigadinha's Óscar Anjos got control of the ball when Adolfo Nascimento tried to sneak it across the goal line. Humberto Mendes hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adolfo Nascimento got free with Óscar Anjos in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 56 minutes into the match, Reigadinha's goal looked a bit too open when António Aleixo came free, but Óscar Anjos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Reigadinha defense, Adolfo Nascimento kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Óscar Anjos. The Reigadinha fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Óscar Anjos should have stopped the shot. Luís Figueiredo was shown his second yellow card after 65 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Luís Figueiredo kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Joaquim Magalhães's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristiano Santarém read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Alexandre Guerreiro's late challenge caught a Queimadela FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexandre Guerreiro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 72nd match minute, Reigadinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandre Guerreiro to maneuver through the defense. Joaquim Magalhães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Cristiano Santarém tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. António Aleixo charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed António Aleixo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Queimadela FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. António Aleixo hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Domingos Lopes made a precise shot to the right of Cristiano Santarém. Queimadela FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Óscar Anjos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Nascimento in the 81st minute of play. After having played for 82 minutes, Joaquim Magalhães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Reigadinha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joaquim Magalhães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
