To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emanuel Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Oliveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Alfredo Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuel Aguiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Oliveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristiano Setúbal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manuel Vaz during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The Bordeira players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
