Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Lúcio Aleixo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Henrique Brás showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Grade FC's goalkeeper Afonso Viana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lúcio Aleixo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo Marques in the 9th minute. Afonso Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emílio Moura in the 11th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Henrique Brás kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lúcio Aleixo. That made the score 2-0 in the 13 minute of play. Hugo Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Lúcio Aleixo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armando Vale during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 24 played minutes SC Quintiaes got a freekick which was hit by Armando Vale. In the 28thth minute of the game Emílio Moura who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grade FC's Afonso Viana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Henrique Brás sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, SC Quintiaes's goal looked a bit too open when Henrique Brás came free, but Lúcio Aleixo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henrique Brás received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Lúcio Aleixo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 42 played minutes SC Quintiaes got a freekick which was hit by Armando Vale. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 48th minute, when Grade FC's Francisco Gueifão after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Lúcio Aleixo in SC Quintiaes's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emílio Moura to strike the kick off in the second half. Lúcio Aleixo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henrique Brás went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. In the 60th match minute, SC Quintiaes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Carneiro to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Grade FC's Francisco Gueifão got a free kick in the 61st minute. António Leão charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed António Leão the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th minute, António Leão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to SC Quintiaes getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Emílio Moura hit a great ball. If Emílio Paredes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emílio Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Viana having to interfere. Emílio Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Afonso Viana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, SC Quintiaes's Afonso Viana threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Emílio Moura, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Emílio Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Afonso Viana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 86 in the game by Emílio Moura from a close distance when the talented Afonso Viana managed to make a qualified save. Grade FC's players were relieved. Henrique Brás scored 6-2 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lúcio Aleixo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 95 minutes into the match, Grade FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emílio Moura came free, but Afonso Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 97 played minutes, SC Quintiaes's Humberto Sousa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Afonso Viana came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SC Quintiaes reached it. Grade FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
