Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Francisco Matos kicked off to start the match. After 3 played minutes Zorro got a freekick which was hit by Luís Simões. Viriato Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nuno Guarda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandro Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute Viriato Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Guarda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Zorro's zone, Viriato Barros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nuno Guarda came out of the goal and Viriato Barros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 0-1 became the score in the 15th minute when Francisco Matos elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Henrique Rocha came free with the goalkeeper in the 24th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Óscar Veiga could save by the left post. The audience was convinced that Francisco Matos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nuno Guarda was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Viriato Barros took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nuno Guarda. Nuno Guarda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 43 minutes into the match, SC Bostelinhos's goalkeeper Óscar Veiga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henrique Rocha. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diamantino Moura stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nuno Guarda was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Francisco Matos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Francisco Matos really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Zorro's Nuno Guarda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Matos in the 63rd minute of play. Óscar Veiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diamantino Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of SC Bostelinhos booed when Zorro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Veiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Viriato Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Guarda having to interfere. Francisco Matos struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Nuno Guarda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Bostelinhos. When Francisco Matos fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Bostelinhos's protests and gave Francisco Matos a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SC Bostelinhos getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Francisco Matos hit a great ball. Zorro's Nuno Guarda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Zorro from getting a goal against them. In the 89th minute Jaime Veiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Óscar Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st match minute, SC Bostelinhos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Matos to maneuver through the defense. Zorro's Diamantino Moura got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SC Bostelinhos eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
