Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Alexandre Pedroso's late challenge caught a Botica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexandre Pedroso helped the player get up and apologised. Alexandre Pedroso hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute Vítor Reis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Mendes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexandre Pedroso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Mendes having to interfere. After 12 minutes, Jorge Pinho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Botica and the Passos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 14th match minute, Botica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Moreira to maneuver through the defense. Jorge Soares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo Vaz in the 22nd minute. After having played for 26 minutes, Alexandre Pedroso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Passos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After having played for 48 minutes, Hugo Vaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
After a defensive mix-up in Botica's zone, Vítor Reis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artur Mendes came out of the goal and Vítor Reis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vítor Reis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Artur Mendes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luís Cruz hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Passos's Alexandre Pedroso ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Artur Mendes. Artur Mendes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. The supporters of Passos booed when Botica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Soares came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Botica's Hugo Vaz. But to his dismay, Hugo Vaz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Botica's Artur Mendes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vítor Reis in the 94th minute of play.
