Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ricardo Alves took the kick off in the first half of the match. Pedro Teixeira struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Afonso Correia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alcofra. 7 minutes into the match, Fregim FC's Nuno Monteiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amílcar Matos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 8 played minutes Alcofra got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Teixeira. 9 minutes into the match, Fregim FC's Manuel Silva broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Alcofra's zone, Daniel Dias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amílcar Matos came out of the goal and Daniel Dias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 16 minutes, José Matos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alcofra's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Matos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nuno Monteiro scored 0-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amílcar Matos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ricardo Alves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Afonso Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Miguel Moutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute Nuno Monteiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amílcar Matos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Alcofra's Pedro Teixeira got a free kick in the 36th minute. Daniel Dias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nuno Monteiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Fregim FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after José Matos fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 46th minute, Daniel Dias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Nuno Monteiro made the kick off in the second half. If José Matos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. José Matos charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed José Matos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Fregim FC booed when Alcofra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Matos didn't get a good kick on the ball.
