Gonçalo Vieira started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Bernardo Andrade left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Campinos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Joel Neves in the 6thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pedro Setúbal, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 10th minute, Alfredo Garcia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Gonçalo Vieira notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Campinos's Nuno Domingues. Nuno Domingues was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bernardo Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Setúbal having to interfere. Alfredo Garcia struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Nuno Domingues didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cesto. The audience was convinced that Gonçalo Vieira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nuno Domingues was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Campinos's Joel Neves got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Joel Neves struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernardo Andrade stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pedro Setúbal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Andrade in the 51st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Neves in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Setúbal saved Cesto from getting behind. Bernardo Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alfredo Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Domingues having to interfere. If Bernardo Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Neves in the 68th minute of play forced Cesto's goalkeeper Pedro Setúbal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Campinos booed when Cesto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Pires didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Neves in the 70th minute of play forced Cesto's goalkeeper Pedro Setúbal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Campinos's Nuno Domingues got control of the ball when Alfredo Garcia tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 91st minute of the match Gustavo Morais sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedro Setúbal skillfully saved the ball. The Campinos supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cesto's performance. The match ended with a win for Cesto.
