Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Tiago Ferro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Miguel Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Morais in the 5th minute of play. A collision led to Assumar getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jaime Azevedo hit a great ball. After 12 played minutes Assumar got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Azevedo. With a little luck, Assumar's Miguel Cunha got control of the ball when Joel Pinto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nuno Martins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, Tiago Ferro notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of SC Lercas's Abel Henriques. Abel Henriques was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tiago Ferro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 27 in the game by Joel Pinto from a close distance when the talented Miguel Cunha managed to make a qualified save. Assumar's players were relieved. Abel Henriques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiago Ferro in the 31st minute of the match. André Fontes took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abel Henriques. Abel Henriques dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Tiago Ferro came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Assumar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tiago Ferro couldn't finish the play. Assumar's Miguel Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Morais in the 44th minute of play. Jaime Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. SC Lercas's Lourenço Tavares couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 47th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Assumar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Raul Morais was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Assumar's Tiago Ferro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Abel Henriques. Abel Henriques yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Abel Henriques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Ferro, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 61 minutes into the match, SC Lercas's goalkeeper Abel Henriques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tiago Ferro. Pedro Nascimento charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pedro Nascimento the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tiago Ferro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Henriques having to interfere. Abel Henriques came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Assumar's Nuno Martins. But to his dismay, Nuno Martins quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Miguel Cunha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raul Morais's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. SC Lercas's Joel Pinto got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 78 played minutes Assumar got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Azevedo. Miguel Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Morais in the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Nuno Martins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 87 played minutes SC Lercas got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Nascimento. Lourenço Tavares shot a long shot in the 91st minute and a light blocked Miguel Cunha hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 1-4. Jaime Azevedo charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jaime Azevedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SC Lercas booed when Assumar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th match minute, Assumar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. The Assumar players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
