Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Adelino Nogueira made the kick off which started today's match. Bernardo Anjos kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, SC Brandariz's Jacinto Rodrigues tried to score from far away in the 7th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, Eiras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Matos came free, but Sandro Pinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, João Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bento Morais hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nuno Cunha got free with Sandro Pinto in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Augusto Amorim fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eiras FC's protests and gave Augusto Amorim a yellow card for diving instead. In the 32nd minute, Augusto Amorim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SC Brandariz's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 33rd minute of the game, when Jacinto Rodrigues after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Eiras FC's goal. Jacinto Rodrigues was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. After having played for 36 minutes, Adelino Nogueira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eiras FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adelino Nogueira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Raul Matos came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the SC Brandariz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raul Matos couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Eiras FC's Sandro Pinto got control of the ball when Nuno Cunha tried to sneak it across the goal line. When António Correia fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eiras FC's protests and gave António Correia a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Eiras FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. António Correia hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Raul Matos made a kick off. Nuno Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandro Pinto having to interfere. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Eiras FC! Jacinto Rodrigues scored 1-1 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sandro Pinto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Adelino Nogueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Nuno Cunha came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the SC Brandariz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nuno Cunha couldn't finish the play. Américo Veiga shot from long distance in the 74th minute, but Fernando Cruz was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. In the 82nd minute, Eiras FC's Adelino Nogueira dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. The referee gave SC Brandariz a penalty, 90 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jacinto Rodrigues, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Eiras FC's Sandro Pinto. 2-2. In the 95th minute Raul Matos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandro Pinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 98 minutes into the match, SC Brandariz's goalkeeper Fernando Cruz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bento Morais. The SC Brandariz manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Eiras FC to win.
