In the 13th minute, Vasco Oliveira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. João Lima made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Garcia in the 23rd minute. Joaquim Dantas didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Arada's Vasco Oliveira shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafael Amaro to make the kick off. Arada's João Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Amaro in the 54th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Paulo Garcia put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of João Lima. Filipe Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Dantas having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Afonso Paredes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. João Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Amaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. João Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Amaro in the 71st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafael Amaro in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Lima prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 87th minute Rafael Amaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Lima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle sounded Arada left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Corticada.
