Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) SC Paraisal's Vítor Silva started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, SC Paraisal's André Viegas got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 9th minute, Vasco Oliveira made a precise shot to the right of Xavier Magalhães. SC Paraisal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Xavier Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xavier Oliveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After 24 played minutes SC Paraisal got a freekick which was hit by Vasco Figueiredo. Arada's Carlos Reis shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 25th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Xavier Magalhães but with some difficulty. Vasco Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Xavier Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vasco Oliveira's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Xavier Magalhães skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Vasco Oliveira came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Arada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vasco Oliveira couldn't finish the play. SC Paraisal's Manuel Resende got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xavier Oliveira made a kick off. When Vasco Oliveira came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Arada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vasco Oliveira couldn't finish the play. Vítor Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Lima having to interfere. João Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vítor Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Manuel Resende came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the SC Paraisal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Resende couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavier Oliveira in the 63rd minute of play forced SC Paraisal's goalkeeper Xavier Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute Joaquim Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Lima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Vasco Oliveira notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of SC Paraisal's Xavier Magalhães. Xavier Magalhães was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. João Lima made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manuel Resende in the 71st minute. Xavier Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavier Oliveira in the 73rd minute of play. Manuel Resende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Lima having to interfere. If André Viegas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Silva in the 80th minute of play forced Arada's goalkeeper João Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Manuel Resende managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Paraisal's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Resende was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Lima breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 86th minute, Vítor Silva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Arada's goalkeeper João Lima had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manuel Resende. When Manuel Resende came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the SC Paraisal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Resende couldn't finish the play. Manuel Resende in the 95thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of João Lima, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
