Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raul Gomes in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Viegas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Manuel Monteiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Boucoais's goalkeeper Joel Santarém, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 27th match minute, Antigo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto Borges to maneuver through the defense. Marco Viegas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Gomes, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Raul Gomes hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. 41 minutes into the match, Antigo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Gomes came free, but Marco Viegas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Fernando Neto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antigo FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of SC Boucoais for a fine match.
