Mourisca FC's Vasco Baptista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Leal in the 15th minute of play. If Marco Trindade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vasco Baptista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Leal in the 21st minute of the match. With a little luck, Mourisca FC's Vasco Baptista got control of the ball when Alexandre Moutinho tried to sneak it across the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Mourisca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Leal came free, but Vasco Baptista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vasco Baptista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Joel Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Domingos Fontes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 34 minutes, Sandro Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mourisca FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sandro Azevedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Joel Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Mourisca FC's Joel Sousa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Domingos Fontes narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Sousa to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Estrela's Lucas Setúbal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vasco Baptista narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mário Martins hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. If Alexandre Moutinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raul Sousa's late challenge caught a Mourisca FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raul Sousa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 77th match minute, Estrela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Sousa to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute of the match Vítor Pinho sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Domingos Fontes skillfully saved the ball. In the 79th minute, Joel Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marco Trindade struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Domingos Fontes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mourisca FC. Marco Trindade recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marco Trindade got free with Domingos Fontes in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Alexandre Moutinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
