Ricardo Pinho started the match with the kick off. SC Beringel's Cristiano Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Pinho in the 6th minute of play. Cristiano Domingues stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ricardo Pinho's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. In the 9thth minute of the game Ricardo Pinho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Beringel's Cristiano Domingues was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bordinheira FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jacinto Cabral in the 11th minute. Ricardo Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Bordinheira FC's Júlio Pinho in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Inácio Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute SC Beringel were awarded a corner. Rodrigo Henriques went to the cornerflag to take it. David Miranda kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Cristiano Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Pinho in the 46th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Tomás Brito made the kick off in the second half. When Bordinheira FC's Jacinto Borba in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Beringel's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Bordinheira FC booed when SC Beringel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. After 65 minutes, Jacinto Borba made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. SC Beringel's Cristiano Domingues tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Daniel Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Silva having to interfere. Tomás Brito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Inácio Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomás Brito struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Inácio Silva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Beringel. Daniel Alves charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Alves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Daniel Alves hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. If Ricardo Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to SC Beringel getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Emanuel Cunha hit a great ball. Cristiano Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Borba in the 94th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Borba in the 96th minute of play forced SC Beringel's goalkeeper Cristiano Domingues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
