Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pedro Figueiredo kicked off to start the match. When Paulo Neto came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Refoios FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo Neto couldn't finish the play. Miguel Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Pedro Borges came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Fernandaires FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Borges couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute Miguel Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Domingues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Fernandaires FC defense, Paulo Neto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diamantino Amorim. The Fernandaires FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diamantino Amorim should have stopped the shot. If Miguel Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Refoios FC's Paulo Neto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Diamantino Amorim. That made the score 2-0 after 33 minutes of play. After 36 played minutes Refoios FC got a freekick which was hit by Abel Coimbra. Paulo Neto in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Diamantino Amorim, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 47 minutes into the game, Hélder Soares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fernandaires FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Refoios FC the free kick. In the 47th minute, Hélder Soares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Pedro Figueiredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miguel Torres to strike the kick off in the second half. Diamantino Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Figueiredo in the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Paulo Neto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 70 minutes, Rui Miranda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fernandaires FC and the Refoios FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Refoios FC booed when Fernandaires FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Miranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulo Mota missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 71 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Diamantino Amorim right hand side. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Miguel Torres took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Daniel Domingues to make any attempt to save it. Daniel Domingues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Torres, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Torres in the 82nd minute of play forced Refoios FC's goalkeeper Daniel Domingues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Pedro Borges notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Refoios FC's Daniel Domingues. Daniel Domingues was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 94th match minute, Fernandaires FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelino Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Figueiredo in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diamantino Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Refoios FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Fernandaires FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Fernandaires FC.
