Daniel Tavares made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Gabriel Pinho sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Tavares came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Valdreu FC's Gabriel Pinho. But to his dismay, Gabriel Pinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Henrique Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Daniel Cabral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henrique Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Cabral having to interfere. Rui Freitas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Cabral read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrique Amorim in the 33rd minute of play forced Valdreu FC's goalkeeper Daniel Cabral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rui Freitas scored 1-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Daniel Cabral, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 47th match minute, Valdreu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariano Ribeiro to maneuver through the defense.

The Valdreu FC fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Valdreu FC's Gabriel Pinho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Simão Ribeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Gabriel Pinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Daniel Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the game, Valdreu FC's Mariano Ribeiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Daniel Tavares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. After a rather tough play, Valdreu FC's Rogério Resende got a free kick in the 69th minute. Henrique Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Cabral having to interfere. Filipe Amaral charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filipe Amaral the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 74 played minutes SC Fuseta got a freekick which was hit by Filipe Amaral. After a defensive mix-up in Valdreu FC's zone, Rui Freitas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Cabral came out of the goal and Rui Freitas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 77 minutes, Rui Freitas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Fuseta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rui Freitas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Tavares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Pinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Valdreu FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. João Rodrigues hit a great ball. The supporters of Valdreu FC booed when SC Fuseta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Freitas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 93 minutes, Henrique Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Fuseta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henrique Amorim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. SC Fuseta's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
