Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Adelino Baptista took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Afonso Mota during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Afonso Mota kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Eduardo Abreu struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Heitor Moura didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Lubazim. In the 17th minute Eduardo Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heitor Moura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, SC Lubazim's goalkeeper Diamantino Borba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricardo Fernandes. Duarte Luz's late challenge caught a SC Valega's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Duarte Luz helped the player get up and apologised. Heitor Moura stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eduardo Abreu's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. After 38 minutes, Carlos Monteiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Lubazim and the SC Valega players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match had been going on for 40 minutes, SC Valega's Joaquim Luz got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Diamantino Borba.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manuel Delgado was the one to do the kick off. Ricardo Fernandes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 60 minutes into the match, SC Valega's goalkeeper Heitor Moura had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eduardo Abreu. Ricardo Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diamantino Borba having to interfere. Adelino Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Heitor Moura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Heitor Moura came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by SC Lubazim's Eduardo Abreu. But to his dismay, Eduardo Abreu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. When Daniel Soares fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Valega's protests and gave Daniel Soares a yellow card for diving instead. Daniel Soares hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. With his leg Heitor Moura managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when SC Lubazim's Eduardo Abreu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, SC Lubazim's Fernando Macedo got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 88th minute of the match Joaquim Luz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diamantino Borba skillfully saved the ball. Ricardo Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Diamantino Borba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Delgado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Diamantino Borba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. SC Lubazim's Heitor Pinto suffered a sore thigh after 96 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 98th match minute, SC Valega was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Soares to maneuver through the defense. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
