Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sebastião Fernandes took the kick off in the first half of the match. Lourosa FC's Cláudio Andrade proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Lourosa FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of SC Almagrinha booed when Lourosa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Leiria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastião Garcia might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cláudio Andrade. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastião Garcia ran back to his position shaking his head. SC Almagrinha's Sebastião Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute Sebastião Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 minutes of play, Lourosa FC's Daniel Carneiro made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Fonseca was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 25th match minute, Lourosa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Leiria to maneuver through the defense. SC Almagrinha's Ricardo Fonseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastião Fernandes in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd play minute Sebastião Garcia came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Cláudio Andrade. 2-1. In the 38th match minute, SC Almagrinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Freitas to maneuver through the defense. Rui Leiria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Fonseca having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaime Borba to make the kick off. Sebastião Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Cláudio Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Carneiro got free with Ricardo Fonseca in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Simão Pereira hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lourosa FC's goalkeeper Cláudio Andrade, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rui Leiria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Fonseca having to interfere. Sebastião Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of SC Almagrinha booed when Lourosa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simão Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78thth minute of the game Jaime Borba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lourosa FC's Cláudio Andrade was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Sebastião Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Almagrinha's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastião Garcia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cláudio Andrade breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Lourosa FC booed when SC Almagrinha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Freitas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastião Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cláudio Andrade having to interfere. Cláudio Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Borba, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Lourosa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastião Garcia came free, but Cláudio Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Carneiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Lourosa FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SC Almagrinha.
