After 39 played minutes Lourosa FC got a freekick which was hit by Simão Pereira. Serrazes's Paulo Freitas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Carneiro in the 48th minute of play.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sebastião Fernandes was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Tiago Borges got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Sebastião Fernandes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lourosa FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Serrazes the free kick. Daniel Carneiro hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. But to his dismay, Augusto Vieira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Daniel Carneiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Augusto Vieira in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cláudio Andrade saved Lourosa FC from getting behind. In the 93rdth minute of the game Tiago Borges who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lourosa FC's Cláudio Andrade was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tiago Borges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
